Whole-home renovations, ground-floor additions and second storeys that sit naturally with the original house. Kitchens and bathrooms are stripped out and rebuilt trade by trade, so nothing sits half done.
Removing walls and opening up living spaces is engineered properly, not guessed at.
Decks, pergolas, cladding and screening built for coastal weather, set out straight and true. Doors, windows and sliding systems supplied and installed by our own carpenters.
Right down to the architraves, skirting and joinery fit-off that everyone notices.
Why Palm Avenue
When design, approvals, building and carpentry are run by separate contractors, details fall between them. We manage the whole job under one licence and one contract, with our own carpenters on the tools, so the standard stays the same from slab to skirting.
